Liuda oversees transportation demand management programs, conducts data collection and analysis, facilitates Go Lloyd's Mobility Committee and organizes pedestrian and cycling outreach events. Born and raised in Ukraine, she has lived and studied in San Francisco, London, Berlin, Buenos Aires, and Taipei. In her free time, Liuda volunteers at a placemaking organization, crafts Ukrainian folk jewelry, and explores Portland.
